I'm leading AI-native products ones where intelligence isn't a feature bolted on, but the foundation of how the product understands and acts on behalf of its users. That direction builds directly on more than a decade spent making high-stakes, data-driven decisioning products work at scale.
Where I'm building from
- Owned AI-informed decisioning products, combining rules engines and risk models to guide real-time decisions in fraud, dispute, and case-management workflows used by millions of customers.
- Hands-on, daily use of generative AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) in product workflows: prototyping, analysis, and accelerating my own product craft.
- 12+ years operating in regulated, high-stakes environments where explainability, auditability, and getting the decision right matter as much as the model itself.
Where I'm headed
- Deepening hands-on experience with agentic and AI-native product patterns including orchestration, tool use, and human-in-the-loop design.
- Bringing a builder's instinct for zero-to-many products to the next generation of AI-driven experiences.
- Applying the same rigor I've brought to regulated decisioning products to the emerging discipline of responsible, trustworthy AI product design.
